Which of these R7 260X models is better?

I was looking at these graphics cards, which are both the same variation of the "R7 260X" series. But the question is.. Which one is better? For the extra 10 dollars for the ASUS model, is it better than the Gigabyte model? Any feedback is highly appreciative!

ASUS DirectCUII cooling tech is awesome, im saying go for the ASUS it will be more quite and run cooler too I bet.

The Gigabyte is MUCH longer, 280mm (11")
The Asus is 216 mm long (8.5")

Apart from that, not much difference. They both run at the same 1188 MHz.

Go with the asus, higher quality and better cooler.

Yeah, I have one of those Asus DirectCu II cards myself and I love it because it's quiet. It's got some annoying green leds, but that's OK. Also, being smaller helps with the airflow.
