Help with fixing "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" screen

i would like to get a response asap when i can get because i have work to do

I dont understand ur question 100%.
From what i understand:
1. u seems to be stuck at boot options
2. select ur hdd as boot option
3.reconnect ur hdd and try again. cause it seems that it is not recognized.
4. if u have win7 on a disk, try that.

ok so i was playingn league of legends and my computer froze from me raging at my6 computer and then had to restart it becuase alt,ctrl, dlte, didnt work and so when i restarted my computer this is the result of me restarting my computer this way how do i solve this problem

also may i state that i had my computer on fast reboot without showing the windows screenn it just goes and loads up so my situation is way different from the other peoples which is why i would like to get some answers soley for this one th8ing and not redirected to some other peoples problems
