so i have a windforce 780 ti and only recently have i discovered that instead of running at around 342 mhz idle, its been running at its OC 1175 mhz, idk what to do to make it to the idle clock speeds, i checked every thing on the web but i cant find answers, i cleaned my registry and everything but it wont declock its self. please help

What are you using to monitor? gpu-z is one of the better monitoring softwares. Also, make sure that you have the most up to date video drivers, as well as havent changed a power setting to make the gpu run at max speed at all times.
