hi As i could not get any reply to my previous topic in storage n pc.
i though maybe u can help me here.
As i am going to buy new pc with 4th gen g3220, i am planning should i buy just motherboard or motherboard with low end graphic cards.
As i still not clear if i will need it.
so what is advantage of graphic cards. is it worth only for gaming even the low end one?

otherwise i will just buy a motherboard with hdmi 1.4 build in with use 3.0.
but if graphic card is important for these, then i can get mobo cheaper n low end graphic card as having a tight budget.

full hd movies,
streaming videos, movies, pictures, to other pc, tv, tablet at same time even, while working on this pc.
and other stuff too.
and gaming sometimes. will try mutliplayer online as i never did on pc.

so do tell me if i need graphic card or not. and what is advantage of graphic card.
price $ for both is Rs.15000 or $ 140.
i know tight budget.
Oh do know i will not change it for next 5 years. but if graphic card is not important for me then i will just get motherboard only till $100-110

You can play games which has high quality, you can do editing like autocad photoshop, etc. Watch full hd movies in a better quality, stream full hd video online without any problem. You can get Nvidia GTX 660 else HD 7850, that comes in the range of Rs.15000

but what the advantage of graphic card?

unfortune AMD is noone in my country. Intel has taken over.

gaming i will prefer to play atleast in 720p when doing online gaming.

will graphic card helps in streaming movie watching or will the mother board be enough?

did you mean motherboard $70 and graphic card $100?

Hello,Guys jesus christ this guy only wants to stream movies etc,he does not want to do graphic intensive work aka play high graphic games (any game above 1gb is graphic intensive) You'll be fine with a motherboard and an inbult gpu in the motherboard too. Also you don't need graphic card unless you plan on playing games on ur native resolution (1920x1080,1280x720) etc you can always downscale till your inbult gpu can handle the graphic procces thrown at it.So No you DO NOT NEED A GRAPHIC CARD for watching movies, youtube video, playing browser game etc but YOU DO NEED A GRAPHIC CARD if you motherboard does not have a built in one as the graphic card procceses the display so no graphic card=no display

The motherboard is good, the graphics card is just basic. If you are not going to play games no need to get the card at all, the mobo will have inbuilt GPU which is enough for you

Chill dude, he was asking what is the need of GPU so we took time to explain also read his comment which says he prefers atleast 720p for gaming so I suggested a low end gpu.
