if u r not overclocking then stock cooler is fine and save some money and buy a cooler later on.
I am using fx 6300 with stock cooler with no problem at all.
I am buying a cheap cooler Hyper 101 next month which is better than stock cooler.

a good psu is very important. Thats not a good one. antec vp450 is better than corsair vs450
