Need help building Cheap Gaming Pc

Hi!
Like the title says I would like some help constructing the cheapest, but yet fully functional gaming pc. The only Criterias I have is that for the Gpu I would like it to be a gtx770, 8gb of ram and that the processor be atleast an i5. Other than than anything goes!
and by cheap, I mean below 1k, below 900 would be even better. :)
