Accidentally deleted damn near everything on my tablet; nothing will redownload

I had planned on just deleting stuff i didn't need on my LE1700 MotionComputing tablet, and i stupidly followed steps i found online to get everything off quickly, now none of the drivers work, it can't use wireless, there's no brightness settings and it's almost too dark to see, no sound, the pen doesnt work and i'm trying desperately to reinstall stuff, and none of it's working. Am I just starting in the wrong place?? I really need this to work, i've been making my money off selling art i made with the tablet. Need help ASAP :(

i can't restore anything, system restore doesn't work either and i'm so stressed out

this thing has no disc drive so i cant even use the w7 disc i have - i used to have a usb one but it was lost along with my first mini laptop (r.i.p) and my mother has the rest - and lord knows she'll just yell at me for breaking something, but let's not turn this into a discussion about my mother.

I have a USB that i can put stuff on, it's pretty big and i'll probably be able to boot from there given i have the right stuff and i can't find anything compatible. I've surfed around here and most of the time people say that in this case i should go to the motioncomputing site, but nothing's able to download :( someone needs to guide me through this, i hate to sound so useless but i just put computers together and pop the disc in, i've never had to work with one like this and i've never had this problem x(
