Hey guys!
Came to stop by since i'm having some issues with my new Asus 270x graphics card.

Before i start, here are my specs.
Intel DP55KG 1156 motherboard
8GB Kingston Ram DDR3 1333MHz
850W Corsair power supply
i7 860 3.8GHz
1TB Western Digital 7200RPM
and my Asus R9 270x

Okay. My problems relies on POST Bios.
For some reason, i'm unable to get onto Bios, nor boot into windows "with my 270x card".
all it does is freezes at POST, and gives me a code "5A" on the corner of the screen.
which is weird because it works perfectly fine with my brothers 7950& 7870 GPU.
So...... does anyone have a solution for a fix, or a reasoning?
thanks

From Intel's site with a guy with the same issue;

Based on your description, it seems to be a compatibility issue between the components you have. I would like to recommend the following:

Clear CMOS by removing all components and taking the battery out for about 20-30 minutes.
Reconnect all components and install the latest BIOS update.
I recommend you checking for a Firmware update for your video card.

The board model you have is a 4 series board and it is End Of Interactive Support by now so it is hard to say that a new bios update will be released for this unit.

Thanks RaiCoss for being the 1st to answer my situation.
First off, i have tried taking off my CMOS "Only for about 10min or so" with the Ram,GPU,& PSU off.
but that didn't work.
You're 2nd question is "Reconnect all components and install the latest BIOS update" but you're right, the board is at the End of Interactive Support.
Last but not least.
you said "I recommend you checking for a Firmware update for your video card" but how can i do so, if i'm stuck on POST Bios with the R9 270X. Unless theirs a way
