I met the game requirement but im still lagging/FPS drop (21 FPS)

Hello guys.

I just downloaded at game (Ran Online) and its requirements are:
Operating System: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
Processor: Intel Pentium 3 @ 1.0 Ghz / AMD Athlon @ 1.0 GHz
RAM: 512 Mb
Disk Space: 800 Mb free
Video Card: nVidia GeForce 3


and my PC specs are:
Processor: Intel i5-3550p
RAM: 8GB
Videocard: AMD Radeon 7750

But I'm still experiencing FPS drop like 11-20 FPS. Anyone can help?

Game requirements are a scam to help companies sell games (they list it way lower than what you would actually be able to play with). Anyway that 7750 should be able to play it decently. Turn everything down to low and especially turn AA off.

I wouldn't say a scam, but I'd say very misleading. Because for minimum requirements they are being very very broad, it could mean requirements to play at 800x600 at ultra low or a decent publisher will tell you minimum requirements to play at 1280x720 low-medium
