I am building a new 'gaming' system soon.
I will have a 4770 (non K), 4gb GTX760, 2x8gb ram, etc.
Since I don't need to overclock, I thought I could save some money by not getting a Z87 board, so I have narrowed it down to these to boards to choose between.

Gigabyte GA-H87M-D3H:

MSI H87M-G43:

I am open to any other suggestions but variety is limited and expensive in australia...

Why would i want to use i5 when in the price of that i5 i have that Xeon with the same spec as the i7 except of a bit slower freq.
Also Xeon has lower TDP than both so is also cooler.

My build suggestion is best for you, i5 4670, GTX 770, 2x4GB RAM (any more ram will just be wasted)

That suggestion is good and all, but it is not what I am asking, I need help choosing a motherboard not the parts I have already chosen...
