I can't access the web with my pc, It is a desktop ACER model S280 , 3Ghz CPU, 1GB RAM, Bios version: Phoenix Tech. R01-B4 date 12-6-2005.
I tested the web line (DSL) by another pc with the same spec., It works fine! , so i tried to configure the faulty pc as same as the working one, even the Internet Options config., Network places, and IP addresses but no result !,
Once I entered the Bios Setup, put all parameters to default, save, then it worked and accessed the web, but after a restart, no web access again,
I tried the above config. again, but no use !
I have 2 other pc's, each have the same IP, DNS, but they wotk fine,
When i give the faulty pc the same IP, DNS, Gateway figures, it displays a rotating ball beside the network icon at the task bar, then this error message appears: ( System error !, There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network).
I tried (auto IP, auto DNS) but also no use !
