molex normally gives out 60 w.What rail does it use? 12V or what?
is it gonna give out different with adapter?

what about sata?

More about : sata molex pci adapter

Both give 12volt for the PCIe adapter.

ok so Im deciding on a psu.How do i know what rails it uses for each? (when a single psu rail isnt enough Amperes for gpu)

I do not understand what you are asking since modern PSU's have the necessary PCIe power connectors for the GPU. GPU's are powered with 75 watts through the PCIe slot if they have a 6 pin power connector it is another 75watts and a 8 pin is 150watts. The important rail today is the +12 volts and quality PSU's have around 90% of their total rating on that rail.

I want to save money for better gpu as much as I can. Most psu Ive looked at have one or none pci-e connector.

Can you answer now?

Which PSU's are you looking at at what GPU? You can get a good budget PSU to run a GTX760 with all necessary connectors for around $30 in the US.

Im only looking at radeon cuz nvidia sucks at gpu scryptcoin minig (look https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison if you dont believe me)

and im in central eu but i might buy card from usa since it is cheaper there.

Can you answer this now?

It uses the 12volt rail! Yellow wire! Does not matter if you use SATA or molex since both provide 12volts!

I was asking if the volts ampers output stay the same after using sata or molex adapter?

so molex give ous 60 watts. this means at 12 v it uses 5 amps. How does it achieve 150 watts for pci-e 8pin? or 75 for 6pin?

Most adapters take two plugs to provide the full power to the PCIe connector, if the PSU has a single rail the single Molex will carry what ever the component pulls be it 60 or 75 watts since there is no regulation on the cable.

ok so whatever adapter i use it will provide what card needs.
UNLESS PSU regulates this. Does it?

what is a safe limit for sata or molex adapter? (I dont want anything to burn)

If you have an adapter that takes two plugs for 8pin then it is safe if it is connected from two cables. In all reality though if you are looking at a PSU that does not have the required connectors it has a fair chance of blowing up itself since there is no way it is the size they say.
Best way to prevent anything from burning is to get a quality PSU with the correct connectors.
