Do you only have a problem in this particular game or do you have problem in other games as well? If you have only in this I suggest you to delete the game from Steam, remove backups and cache if you have any. Reinstall steam and then redownload game and try

It didn't remove the stutter :( Maybe it's a Motherboard - Driver problem.
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Extreme4/?cat=Download&os=Win764 - MB drivers

The ones I use is;

- .INF driver ver:9.3.0.1019. (updated to 9.3.0.1029)

- Broadcom Lan driver ver:14.8.4.1 (updated to 14.8.0.5) ( BCM57781 )

- ASMedia SATA3 Driver ver:1.3.1 (updated to 2.0.4.0)

- ASMedia USB 3.0 driver ver:1.10.1.0 (updated to 1.16.12.0)

- Intel USB 3.0 driver ver:1.0.4.220

Did you fix your problem?

Sounds like whenever you shoot in-game, the CPU is interrupted in what it's doing and thus stutters. So it would seem to be some problem the thing that causes the problem should be associated with the specific situation so it should be something that happens right around the time you get an enemy in sight and click the mouse button.

Perhaps your mouse causes an IRQ conflict. Perhaps your system gets put under extra pressure in online play when entering a room full of enemies. Maybe it could have something to do with the speed of your RAM? If the problem had not also occured in offline play, then it would sound just like a normal internet caused lag spike.

Your system specs just look top notch so I wouldn't think they would cause you any problems playing a game like CS. I've seen other post on the forum complaining about LAG. Does the problem occur in any other games?

You could also try disabling any apps you have running in the background.

Anyway, sounds like maybe there is some problem with the CS game software, or perhaps with STEAM, perhaps a recent update? I would find another game, and play that for a few weeks and then maybe come back and see if they fixed the problem. Since there are so many game titles today, playing a laggy game with your system specs seems like unnecessary frustration.

ya, you're right. And the problem is only in cs:go. Im starting to suspect it has something to do with Mother Board drivers. I find it very confusing with those. Since those on the ASrock website are not the newest ones, could I try with the ones from this site instead maybe?

I believe I have tried with all theses before and it was all the same but yeah i could give it one more go

Right now I have unplugged my SSD and reinstalled win 7 on my HDD only to see if it was the SSD but no difference im afraid.

Btw dude i really appreciate all of your help and, very cool of u.

I've been looking at buying an Asrock motherboard, since they seem to be priced slightly below other boards with same or similar specs. Perhaps the cost of that is that Asrock is possibly a smaller company, that supplies less supprt and updates. I had this problem with motherboard drivers and other drivers with my laptop from Acer. They only provided old and out of date drivers. And I tried looking around for BIOS updates, but same deal. Seriously, it drove me nuts... So next time maybe I'll be getting something from ASUS or some other larger manufacturer.

And if I were you, I would forget about CS and move on to the next title. OR... If you suspect it's something with your motherboard, perhaps it's broken. Try calling ASrock asking for a replacement. Maybe it could also be some other component part that broke in your comp.

doubt its hardware, lots of people including me are having stuttering issues with CS GO. Try uninstalling and re installing, could also be issues with input lag which my mate had and he had to play around with his AA and FXAA settings (he has an identical build and set up to mine)
