Here is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2JDG1

Is the PSU suitable for the build? The estimated power requirement is 447W. However, I noticed that Nvidia states GTX 780 has a minimum system power requirement of 600W which is a bit higher than the PSU in the build. But it also states GTX 780's graphics card power is only 250W.

So, could someone explain this to me please? I am really confused.

600W for the whole system, a 550W will also do. The card only requires 250W on max load with 42 Ampere on +12V rail.

I would like to suggest you go for a 650W PSU of Seasonic.

BTW you wont need 16GB of RAM, if you are not into editing audio, video. 8GB is sufficient for gaming and everyday job.

That quality Seasonic will handle it! The recommendations are based on generic units not quality units, it does not hurt though to step up a level to 600-650watts for more headroom if budget allows.

Thanks guys! That's really helpful. I wish I had noticed these and asked before I purchased the build. But since this PSU is still ok, I have nothing to worry about now.

Again, thanks!

Yes the current PSU will do as I said earlier as its of a decent brand, but don't OC any component or you will be in trouble. You are welcome mate. Cheers.
