Which processer can handle gaming?

Hi Guys,

I am going to buy a laptop soon.
I want to know which processer can handle the gaming, games like COD - G, SKYRIM -2,3, BF3 ,4 etc. FPS GAMES.

Is i5 from 3rd gen Can do gaming?(Like 3230m,3210m.)

My Budget is 1000$.
I want to buy a laptop Under 1000$.If it is of 800$ then it will be okay so that i can save some money for my I- Phone.I want to buy a I- phone also.

If u can suggests me which combination. Gpu/processor can handle gaming under 1000$.Tell me the min. combination.I will be okay with a AMD Gpu.

Pls tell me the min. configuaration for handle these games?Is an I5 can handle gaming.

A CPU alone will not be able to play any games well.

For a laptop you need one with dedicated gaphics, if it does not say nvidia GTX.... then the laptop is not going to play games very well at all. To game semi-decently on a laptop you are going to just need to put down the money and get an i7 with a dedicated nvidia GTX graphics chip in it.

I don't know my budget is only allows me a i5,So i want to is an i5, new 3230 or 3210 can really do gaming with cards like 7670m or 8670m?.or i should look forward for an nvidia 650 or 730

an i5 with dedicated graphics will be able to play on low settings. anything lower then that will most likely not play the game smoothly.

I would suggest saving a couple more hundred dollars to get the best laptop possible. With a desktop you can just throw in a new graphics card or even upgrade CPU to one of the same socket. With a laptop it is just not that simple, you are pretty much stuck with what you got.
