So i bought this pc http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229403 and i had no problems with it, after 4 months of use i installed Bf3 and i notice it had crazy fps drops wether it was small or big maps, This computer can max out metro 2033, last light and have above 80+ fps usually stays at 120 but the lowest it drops is around 85 on heavy parts i installed bf4 and i have also crazy fps drops, i lowered everything to the lowest resolution at 720p and resolution scale to 25% it still has the same problem i haver tried so many things reinstalled the os, scanned fix registry, de frag, i made sure the drivers were up to date i'm seriously tired i dont know what else to do. I notice i have fps drops on specific online games for example when i play chilvery i have fps drops, bf4, bf3, war thunder (lately), Dayz SA, Arma 3 etc, but if i play metro and single player games i usually have no problems. What can it be? please help me

The core temps in that picture, #1-8, are the cores of your CPU. Your graphics card wasn't even breaking a sweat, but your CPU at 4.1GHz was hitting 61°C. That's a bit hot for an 8350 at stock clocks and not even at 100% usage. If you saw those cores hit 70°C, there's definitely something wrong with your CPU cooler, it should not get that hot with BF4. The all-in-one liquid cooler you've got there is no better than a decent air cooler, but it has more points of failure, and most of the time it's just driven by marketing. On top of that, because it was a pre-built system, I would remove the CPU block and reapply thermal paste onto the CPU and remount the block, you never know how much skill the person who built your system actually had...

So i played single player Bf3 and bf4

bf3 settings were a mixture of high and medium i had vsync on so i couldent get pass 60fps so the lowest it dropped was 58 rarely even when fighting the ai,

bf4 settings were preety much high, when walking on the third level with out guns i had 80 fps ( i have it locked at 80 so it would had been higher) when i was the on the ground level were the the big building is were you have to rescue the chinese couple it was at 66 fps most of the time with 2 rarley drops to 53 fps lasted less than 1 second each when i got inside the building before taking the elevator it was 80 fps when i was inside the elevator my fps went crazy the lowest it got was 32-47 once i got out the elevator it went back to 80 fps fighting the ai with some fps drops to 70

Doesn't seem like huge drops, and with V-sync it's completely normal. BF4 still has its issues and bugs, so I wouldn't take its overall performance too seriously, the game was probably loading the next part of the map while you were in the elevator. The GPU isn't the only component that can cause FPS drops, you can run a simple experiment of turning the graphical settings from low to high then observe the FPS changes. If turning the graphics up and down makes little to no difference, something else besides your GPU is bottlenecking your system. Your FX 8350 CPU has plenty of power for BF4, so I would rule that out unless it's overheating. You have plenty of RAM but at 1333MHz, you may be losing a few frames, though definitely not enough to spend the money on new RAM. The only other thing I would suspect is your HDD, maybe there are some background programs running, something affecting your HDD speed.

Well something i notice is my cpu reacheas 65 celsius although i have a liquid cooling system, the problems is that i get fps drops on online games when playing bf3,bf4, war thunder, arma 3. on BF4 specificly even if i lowered Everything to lowes and resolution to 25% i still get crazy fps, like if it was on high. I supsect it could be my cpu but i'm not sure.

My cooler is a 120mm Liquid Cooling System dont know brand, my case has no extra fans its not enclosed, well for example on war thunder i would have fps drops but a cold front arrived and i notice i experiance almost no fps drops on that game.

I think you have some overheating going on, or that cooler simply isn't very good. I've taken a look at the link you provided in your original post, and I don't recognize that cooler. I also noticed that your case has extra fan mounts on the top and front. You'll want to establish good airflow traffic in your case, for example add a front fan as intake, and two top fans as exhaust, and flip your rear fan to intake air if it isn't already. Try that with a closed case and use Speccy or a reputable hardware monitor to report back on overall system temperatures.

Here is a pic keep in mind when i said 65 celsius i actually meant the GFX: was at 65 celsius i couldent get it past 51 because we have a cold front, so i'm asumming when the gfx is at 65 the cores are at actually higher temperature than 60 could that be the cause? i was in test range on bf4 and i had fps drops right from the start.

So in short, your CPU temps are high, check for problems and perhaps consider getting a different cooler.

One of the best heatsink thermal paste on the market right now is the Arctic MX-4, just a small grain of it in the center of the CPU, and it'll spread by itself when you put pressure on it with the heatsink/CPU block. As for CPU coolers, the best bang for the buck is the CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ or the Hyper 212 EVO, for around $29. If you're interested in all-in-one liquid coolers, the Corsair H80i or H100i are great options. In fact, I'm selling my H80i on eBay at the moment, I'd post a link but I think I'd be violating forum policies. Just search for Corsair H80i on eBay if you're interested.

As a side note, you can try flipping the fan on your radiator from exhaust to intake, so that it'll always be pulling fresh air into the case regardless of what the front fan does, just be sure to blow out the dust regularly to keep things from clogging up, or use dust filters.
