how to get updated graphics driver?

Hello everyone! i currently have a Asus x501 laptop ( http://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/X501A/#specifications ) and im trying to update the graphics driver for my machine because i think it may be outdated i went to the intel website and did there auto detect thing to find the drivers and when i downloaded the driver and tried to install it that they suggested it said it was not the correct one. anyone able to help me out in updateing this driver and maybe my others as well since the auto detect program dident help

Edit: sorry forgot to add i "upgraded" it to windows 7 64b

btw reason i was looking at updating them is because my comp may not be that good but it plays alot of high end games ect pretty well but a few newer ones and some older just have really bad lag/fps so was just poking around trying to fix it

when i try to update or atleast run the update that is on the asus site it says i have a newer driver installed already? if this one i downloaded is the newest one they have listed how can i have a newer one? sorry just wondering ;)

There aren't any.
On average Manufacturers might update laptop drivers, once, or never.

If that is not a gaming laptop, you won't be able to play real games, on anything but the lowest settings.
Even most gaming laptops are very weak compared to a gaming desktop.

ok about the driver thing thanks you :) but for some reason it plays pretty graphic heavy games well but some that are less so it cant so wasent sure but thanks for all the info guys :)
