What graphics settings should I use for AC4 in order to play it at 30fps most of the time?
this is my rig -
Intel core i5-3337U@1.8GHz with booster up to 2.7 GHz
Nvidia Geforce 710m 2gb / intel hd graphics 4000 mobile
6 GB DDR3 ram
windows 8.1 single lang 64 bit
thnx ( latest directx version for me )

I think your CPU will be a problem too, the minimum CPUs in the required specs for that game are 2.6Ghz. Best way to figure it out is to drop all the settings as low as possible, see how it plays, and bump things up a bit one at a time until you don't like the experience.
