Gigabyte r9 270x 4g black screen flickering on BF4.

New PC build, everything was good with the install. Download the current driver for the card, played BF4. The next day I got on, BF4 had me install a plugin and the rest is down hill from there. I can hear BF4 loading but the screen is black and the bottom and sides are flickering. I flashed my mobo bios to the current version and still the same, so now i`m stuck.

I have been uninstalling drivers and updates, then go back to install them to see what one will take, same problem. I loaded the install disc for the GPU do you think that is messing me up. Then I have been reading about the directx 11 and the card is DX9 or something.
