Would this setup run The Witcher: Enhanced Edition and Dragon Age: Origins?

That will not game well and those games are not that old, particularly Dragon Age Origins. DAO is still reasonably demanding, for an integrated GPU on a laptop clocked at 1.7Ghz.

You really should look at a gaming laptop at the very least, or get a desktop with a gaming GPU.
