Replacing 30.5 CM x 24.4 CM Motherboard with a 30.5 x 22.4 CM Motherboard

I want to replace my Intel motherboard that measures 30.5 cm x 24.4 cm with a Gigabyte Z87-D3HP motherboard that specs state it is 30.5 CM x 22.4 CM. Will I be able to replace it with no modifications to the desktop?

Without the specifics of what you are replacing hard to say. With the measurement I can assume you have a standard Micro ATX size board and it would be a replacement. Whether or not the remainder of your components will fit and if the wiring will be in the same places is a more complicated question.
