Pc cant boot into BIOS. HELP

Built the pc up from scratch. Done this previously before and it worked no bother.
Turned on the power. No beeps but cant get into the BIOS. Just comes up with a completely black screen. Tried both graphics card and the on board graphics slots. Any help would be amazing.

SPECS:
RAM: x2 4gb kingston ddr3 RAM
Processor : intel i5-3570k
Mother board: Asus P8Z77-VL X
PSU: corsair RM650

Is there a case speaker connected to the motherboard?
If yes, try starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. See if the CPU fan is spinning and if any beeps.

Okay yeah I have done that with the RAM installed. Will I do it without the RAM too or not? No beeps or anything with RAM installed. No beeps and CPU fan is spinning. Thanks!
