It was about this little alien who I'm pretty sure crash landed on a planet. It had this mechanic shop where his spaceship was getting fixed and a pub like place. I believe the objective was to get his spaceship fixed. And I also vaguely remember looking through a junk yard for parts or something. I played it when I was about 4 so it was anywhere from late 90's to early 00's. I also believe there was this mini game where you put the spaceship back together. Please help me by telling me the name.

Oh my goodness my little brother had this game... I'll admit I remember playing this in high school, no regrets. I'm going to look for it now, thank you for the memories!
