the case really isnt all that great. there are other ones i'd pick before that.

i definitely wouldnt go with that power supply. it doesnt show up in the recommended brands by rosewill on the psu tier list so is likely one to avoid. instead. http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx instead i would go with at least a corsair cx600m however going with a seasonic or xfx psu would be ideal.

as far as cases are concerned you want something a bit more open than that case. while definitely not pretty the cougar solution is a cheap case which does just that. there are a few others as well which fit the bill

the video card is also weak however this is due to budget. if you can raise your budget slightly you could do a bit better with a better gpu.

other than the above.... it doesnt look too bad.
