I need some professional help please! :(

I'm connected to my router(Cisco) via an extender(TPLink) with Wifi and since the beginning I've had troubles gaming.. At any random time I'll disconnect from any game I play and also from any Skype call I'm in for a few seconds. This causes me to constantly have to reconnect to servers and go through long loading again which gets really frustrating when it can happen every 20 minutes or sometimes never happen in one whole day, it's completely random.

I've tracert the game servers I connect to and also ping tested the hops and server itself and found a possible problem as 3 IP address' (hops) that I connect to get 'request timed out' pings occasionally (only when I game on that server) or when I'm not gaming on them a random, single high ping > 150ms occurs. I've tried contacting my ISP 5 times already and I've only got a new adapters and cables and even a whole new router but still nothing has changed, possibly now it seems to be worse, they even said there is something wrong but they can't figure out what, what is this?! I have no idea what I can do or what the problem is. :(

Help is so appreciated and needed urgently, this is getting so frustrating as I got a brand new PC but can't do anything properly with these constant disconnects! Sometimes it doesn't even recognise that I've lost Internet or if I have, it used to say I've lost Internet and I use to have to reset my router for it to reconnect to the internet again but now it does not but instead I still get the random disconnects from any game I play! Only notice it when I play as it requires a constant, reliable connection unlike browsing the web.

Assuming your issue is internal, which we will not know until you complete COLgeek's steps, wifi extenders are generally not a great way to game, I have never seen them used to great success other than browsing the internet, and even then its iffy, The issue with an extender is you generally are placing it on the edge of the existing wireless coverage and letting it rebroadcast your signal, which in my experience is mostly innefective. You may consider alternative solutions:

Wireless access point, which is WIRED to your router to give you better signal since its being transmitted directly back to your router without airwave interfernce.

If ethernet to an access point is not possible, you can try a "plug link" style adapter, which transmits ethernet data via electrical lines, you basically have two adapters, one near your router it pplugs into the wall and then an ethernet cable plugs into the router, then another one near your pc. which plugs into the wall and then an ethernet to your PC.

Modem relocation may also be useful to put it in a location closer to your PC, again sometimes not possible

Sadly it's not possible for me to connect directly to the router via a wire from my gaming computer but I tried it with my laptop(was not gaming) and the ping test went fine 1-10 ms response directly connected to the router.

I get a signal strength of 3/5 bars from my study when connected directly to the router but max bars when the extender is on.
But I got bad results when I tried multiple things from my gaming computer:

When I was gaming with my extender on:

When I was not gaming, connected to the router without the extender(wi fi):

When I was gaming connected to the router without the extender(wi fi):
I could barely even play in this attempt and disconnected shortly after connecting to the game, that's when it began to get normal ms again.

I think I should try move my PC next to my router though it's difficult as there isn't much space.

What were you pinging when you were directly connected to the router with a wire on your laptop? From the looks of it so far your internal network is to blame, or at least not helping. You need a better wireless solution or none at all.

I was pinging my router. Is using the plug link style adapter good? Right now when I download something it's usually only about 1 mb download speed.. But I speed tested my ISP and it said my router has the capability of 18 mb download speed and 2 mb upload. But I guess that depends on the server I download it from. I'm curious whether a long wire connecting from my computer to my router would be slow because of the length?(aprox 10 meters)
What could be causing this internal network problem..?
Would it be just the location of where my computer or router is because of too many walls between them or.. something more complex like the configuration of my router?

I havent used the plug link adapter in a gaming scenario so I cant give you 100%. I have had pretty good results with them however.

As far as your issue with wifi, the walls can definately be an issue as well as other interference, if your running on the 2.4ghz band everything from microwaves to cordless telephones can cause an issue. Other wireless networks in your neighborhood/apartment can also cause issues. Sometimes you can rememdy these by changing the channels, or using a dual band router and hopping on the 5ghz network, though 5ghz generally has less range and better performance.

A 10 meter ethernet cable will not degrade your sigmal. Ethernet has a max length of around 328 feet (100 meters). So having the long cable would be an absolute upgrade of a solution if you can wing it.
