I have purchased the Cooler Master Hyper T4 and am going to use it to OC my Bulldozer CPU to 4Ghz from 3.3Ghz, and am hoping to be able to do this without changing voltages. My main question is. Should I put a second case fan onto the heatsink, I have 3, or is it not needed. I will be putting it in on Friday so help is GREAT.

I think you can hit as much as 4.6 GHZ and you should also increase the CPU vCore up to 1.47V. I just built a PC for my son using FX 4130 with Gigabyte GA 78lmt-USB3 MB with a cooler master T4 cpu cooler. Try to disable the turbo core.
What CPU, what motheboard, etc. Also wanting to hit 4ghz and hitting 4ghz or whatever speed are a big difference. Your motherboards VRM's play a big part as does luck of the draw of getting a good chip. You might hit 3.8, might hit 4.5 usually increasing voltage is needed though.
