No, they are not compatible.....4670k requires a Z87 MoBo .... P67 MoBo won't work

i5 4670K is compatible with Z87 chipset MB with an LGA 1150 socket MB. i5 4670K cpu is the 4th generation cpu's code name Haswell. P67 MB has LGA 1155 socket which is compatible with 2nd gen intel cpu(Sandy bridge) and 3rd gen Intel cpu(Ivy bridge).
