This question is regarding the factory-OCed versions of the 780Ti.
My main priorities are (in order):
1) keeping a quiet rig (i've an all-in-one loop -- h100i) and only SSDs with high-end 140mm fans spinning at around 950RPM in a noise-insulated cases, so the build is very quiet!
2) cool operation
3) performance
Based on these, which version / brand would you recommend? I generally love ASUS since they tend to have very high-quality components that tend to run very cool and quiet, but I've heard that there 780Ti-OC isn't that quiet even though it runs cool and the OC isn't as high as others which emit comparable noise for higher OCs.
I'm even ready to artificially lower the fans (if they are controllable) so temps can get into the 80s in order to reduce noise (it seems all these OC models have pretty good coolers that run in the 60s-70s range which may be too aggressive -- so i have some head room to reduce noise at a slight temp cost).
If you have any reading material you would recommend or comparison charts, that would be great as well.
Thanks very much for your input, thoughts, and help!
