CrossFire not working for 7990!?

The old AMD driver (13.9) gives me the option to enable CF in CCC, however all the newer drivers does not give me the option to CF in CCC. I am looking to activate both GPUs on my 7990, please help!

Both of your GPU's are enabled by default with a dual-GPU 7990. While technically it is "Crossfire" in that it is two GPU's, it is still a single card and your CCC software does not recognize it as Crossfire for that reason. You should be running in full dual GPU mode automatically at all times.

I know that only one gpu is working because on MSI Afterburner, it shows me that the second gpu is off even when im on a game. When I had the old driver, MSI Afterburner would show both GPUs are active. I need to activate CF because im not getting the performance I should be getting with this card and I would like to use it.
