I'm not sure if my question is well written but you'll understand.

The only thing that can get damaged by power loss is software.
Any electrical equipment that could be damaged by having the power source removed would not last long so would not be fit for sale.

Well, it's not the outage itself, it's the spikes you need to worry about. Spend $20 on a good surge suppressor and you'll sleep better - I know I do.

A big spike can ruin the motherboard or the GPU. :(
