online videos lagging

hi guys!!!
from last week online stream videos and live streams keep lagging on my computer.does any one know why this happening?

my internet download speed is 6.34 mbps
upload .89 mbps excatly da same as before

What i mean is do you have your settings on YouTube set to HD not HDMI, that really doesn't matter in this situation.

no one elese is here.this is my laptop i use this to watch sports and movie streams.it was working ok earlier

youtube videos are ok and play in HD.but the problem with sites likes putlocker it keep lagging

When you are on youtube, while watching a video do you change the video settings because if your on 720p or 1080p it may lag or load.

Thenit isn't the internet it's most likely your computer. Whenever you watch something have you ever checked the task manager to see the stress on your CPU and RAM? Do you ever have anything else open while watching this may cause the lag.

no i only open video.my cpu usage is 46% while playing stream. memory 1.15 gb
