Potential incompatibility issues?

Okay, yesterday I had posted these same specs and wondered if they would give me any improved... the reply was unanimous. However, when I went to install it and everything... Got it finished and now I get a nonstop BSOD at the windows logo on startup. Any ideas?? I have no idea how to fix it.. been 5 hours.

Can anyone help me please? Look for compatibility issues etc??

Details-
Case: Thermaltake Commander MS-I Snow Edition
GPU: EVGA GTX 770
PSU: Ultra LSP 750W
Current Processor: AMD FX-4100 (3.6GHz) Quad Core
Upgraded Processor(yet to be installed): Intel i5-4670k (3.4 GHz) Quad Core
Current Motherboard: ASROCK 970 Extreme3
Upgraded Motherboard(yet to be installed):ASROCK Z87 Pro4
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

There's your problem!

Get yourself a windows disk and see if it can do a repair of the installation, you may need to switch back to the older board and backup your data if you cannot do a repair. I think XP support repairs, but vista only supported full reinstalls, but it has been a while since i have dealt with it.

It shuts off in a split second without staying on the page then redirects me to the page with 2 options...

"Launch System repair" and "Start windows normally" neither one does anything that fixes it.

I did not reinstall windows as I never made a backup copy of my computer before. Stupid idea on my part. I tried restoring it to an earlier date but that was all I could do, still did nothing.

And yes, all of this is AFTER I installed the new motherboard/CPU.

Just reinstall windows, no point going through the hassle of trying to make your AMD install work on Intel.
if you want to recovery files that is fine cause the windows installer will just move your old install to a folder called "windows.old" where you can get what you need and then just delete it.

I accidently chose "Choose as solution" or whatever on this page...lol Anyways.. Question on how I should do this though so I dont go through the pain of installing it all again and it not working...

What should I do first? I reinstalled windows.. now should I put it all back together? or what?
