Hello everyone, I'm at my wits end on this and was hoping for some help from you seeing as people say you're the best.
I recently built my computer, and my graphics card won't power. What I mean by this, is that I get power to everything else, CPU, fans, HDDs, and ODD, but not to the graphics card. The fans on the card just twitch ever so slightly, and that's it.
I've tried the card in a friend's computer and I know it works, though for some reason it won't in my build.
Here's what I got:
CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 4GB Video Card
Case: DIYPC Alpha-GT3 ATX Test Bench Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Thank you for reading, any help would be appreciated.
Quick edit: The card heats up, though I get no signal and, as stated above, the fans do not move. Could this be caused by a bad PCIe slot? I've tried the other ones on my motherboard and that doesn't seem to help any.
