I am building myself a gaming pc, and I was wondering what is better for displaying PC games graphics-wise. HDMI or DVI-D?

I have an ASUS 23" flatscreen and it can display either, so I was wondering which is best.

They are exactly the same except HDMI can also carry audio. I recommend DVI-D because it screws onto the socket and doesn't fall out where as HDMI falls out sometimes
