Hi, I would like to upgrade my system but I don't know where to start. I would like to be able to play games at a high graphics setting, use dual monitors, stream, etc. However my knowledge of these things is equivalent to the weak line on those carnival games where you hit the lever with the hammer and the little slider goes up and rings the bell. Now I know this can get expensive, hence the buying on at a time.
My current rig:
Gateway DX4870-UB318
I5 3330-3.00 GHz
Windows 8 64bit
Nvidea GeForce GT620
8GB of RAM
What should I start with? I would like to upgrade a piece at a time.
Should I get:
Solid State Drive to run the games from? (I assume not all a created equal, which one?)
Nvidea GTX760 (apparently there are different kinds? Do I need something to cool it off?)
I7 processor (also apparently there are different kinds, how hard is it to install myself? heat sinks and what not)
More RAM?
