Best gaming build to do with I5 4670K?

Solution
I went all out, including closed water loop, max fans for the case, ssd etc. assuming you want a 500$ mobo I thought why not. If you feel you need the 780 ti get it but just the 780 will get the job done (sli another one down the line) feel free to make adjustments.
(I'm building a similar build shortly just about everything but that spendy mobo, I dont feel I need a sabertooth :p)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X60 98.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($115.75 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z87 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($234.99 @ Amazon)...

also there is no reason for a 500$ mobo especially on intels mid range processor I could see if you had a high end 17 or were going for a high end itx server build or what have you. that sabertooth will overclock that i5 like a beast. oh and if you didn't notice i'm a asus fanboy. I wouldn't take anything but asus for the mobo, or gigabyte, asus and evga for the gpu. just the most solid brands imo.
