Budget?

To do this properly you should start your list with an i7-4930k.

A less expensive alternative would be a build based on i7-4770k and a Z87 motherboard. Compared to i7-4930k+some x79 MB, it's around $400 less. However, it will take 20% or 30% more time for the same job in 3ds Max, for example.
