Modified Sine Wave or Stepped Sine wave???

I know that a good ups is that which gives Pure Sine Wave as Output Waveform but that one is way too far from my Budget.
My question which UPS is better.The one which which gives Modified Sine Wave or the one that gives Stepped Sine Wave as Output Waveform????

A Modified Sine Wave and Stepped Sine Wave both describe the same rough simulation of a sine wave.
Both contain a power inverter that is much more gentle on your hardware than a Square Wave, but still rougher than a Pure Sine Wave.

To your decision on which to buy, look instead to see if either of the UPS' are Line Interactive or Offline.
If there is a difference between the two models, definitely chose the Line Interactive model.
