Overclock temp 3570k help

Hey, So I've been messing around in the BIOS and I've finally figured out how to overclock, My i5 3570k is now running at 4199MHz or 4.2GHz according to CPU-Z. I'm running Prime95 as I'm typing this and the average temp of my cpu is about 68c according to HWMonitor, Which is also running. I was wondering if these are suitable temps for a 3570k on high load..
The cooler is a Hyper 212 evo if it makes a difference.

Solution
That's not too bad for an overclocked 3570k, p95 is an artificial load so you'll never see something like that in actual loads

I'd keep an eye out on Realtemp and make sure the highest temp of the hottest core does not exceed 85C

I know it's a bit too high, but it's stable and doesn't crash or get bsod. Will it damage the cpu? if so, I'll lower the clock speed.

It'd be a good idea to leave p95 running for 24 hours and hope that there are no errors

I'd probably check the highest temperature you get under a typical load for whatever you do (whether it be gaming or something else), and if it gets too hot for your liking then you could just go lower

Ok thanks, I'll do that now on some games and probably some video rendering. what would you say the ideal temperature for gaming is?

The ideal temperature under gaming (depending on ambient temperatures) would probably be around 60C or below on a 212 EVO (though realistically, the CPU starts throttling after 85C though you probably wouldn't want it to be running at those temperatures during a long process like rendering)

This is prime95 so 68C isn't the end of the world, if you're getting those temps under gaming or rendering (folding too) then it's worth considering
