What motherboard to go with Core i7 4770K? Thank you

Hello guys, so i've decided that i'm going to upgrade my PC this year, and i will go for the Core i7 4770K, i'm not sure about the frequency maybe 3.5 GHz.

Kindly give me recommendation on a motherboard, please be advised that right now my local market is taken over by Gigabyte lol, and all mobos are available on by Gigabyte. Please recommend me a good mobo and processor frequency. Thanks.

My current PC's specs:

Core i5 - 2400 CPU @ 3.10 GHz
GPU: MSI GTX 680 Twin Frozr III 2 GB
8 GB RAM
PSU: Gigabyte Greenmax 650W
