Need help picking a cpu cooler

Hey

Im building a pc and what i am missing is decent cpu cooler so if you guys have any suggestions feel free to help me out. My pc specs are currently (see below) and my price range for a cpu cooler is 80 dollars max this pc will be mainly for gaming

a H60 is a watercooler if im not mistaken i never tried that one is it difficult to install ? and is there a difference in performance between air and water?

not so big different, but the water cooling will decrease the temp better than the heatsink, and of course it depend on what are going to do to your CPU i mean overclock it or not

but in my opinion i prefer cooler master hyper 212 evo it is good and cheap heatsink

Hyper 212 looks huge :D will it fit in a corsair carbide serier 500 R its a mid tower
