i5 4670k stock cooled (soon to be 212 evo)
The case im using is the Sharkoon BD28. It had 1 120mm intake fan on the front(bottom) and 1 120mm exhaust fan on the back(top). I have space on the roof of my case for either 2x120mm, 2x140mm or 1x180mm fan.
As I will also soon be getting a gigabyte windforce gtx770 and want to start getting into overclocking, what fan setup would you recommend? I was thinking of putting 2 of these in the top as exhaust fans?

Hot air will naturally rise.
I would focus on getting more cool air into the case, and ideally blowing some of this onto the graphics card.
I would suggest adding a second intake fan to the front, or even moving the existing front fan to the mounting above the CPU and adding two better fans to the front.

Look for fans with high static pressure.
The one you linked above is rated at static pressure 0.84 mmH2O and noise 24dB.
The Noctua equivalent NF-A14 FLX is rated at 1.51 mmH2O and noise 19.2dB.

For the front fans (120mm):
The Noctua NF-P12 (1300RPM 3-pin version) is rated at static pressure 1.68 mmH20 and noise 19.8dB.
It comes with inline connectors to slow the fan if you find it is more than you need.

The best intake fans are probably the Silverstone AP series fans (e.g. Silverstone AP121), but they have a grill as part of the fan and I don't think you can mount them in your case.

Awesome. I think I will get those then! So just to clarify, if I get another 120mm that gives me 2 120mm intake fans at the front and then i have one 120mm exhaust fan at the back already, add 2x140mm to the roof of my case giving me 1x120mm and 2x140mm exhaust fans. Would that be a good setup?

The front mounting on the top of the case isn't going to help at all.
If anything it is trying to draw cool air out before it can get to the graphics card and CPU.

I would buy two new 120mm fans and install these at the front of the case (as intake fans).
Take the existing 120mm fan from the front and install this in the top of the case above the CPU (as an exhaust fan).

To tidy up your cables for these fans, consider this as well:

These cables come in multiple colours.
