Hello

Im not quite sure if this is the proper place to put this topic so if its in wrong section please move it.Thanks

Well I got this problem as soon as I log into internet it starts uploading something and I dont know what it is , I have tried netLimiter 3 but no answer. Now I have been trying this command promot thingys but Im not quite skilled to tell what is going on , is there any other way I could tell what exactly is being uploaded , because it is slowing my connection by a lot and im keep getting disconnected and reconnected all the time. I have scaned the system and I do it quite often with avast pro & antimalware, nothing found. Then I tried Resource Monitor and found them bunch of programs which might be causing the issue but I gotta keep eye on these , but what is weird that sometimes schvos.exe pops up and I seen this one saying " LocalServiceAndNoImpersonation " and I dont rly know what it means also sometimes another one pops up with weird adress " ff02::c " I havent installed any new program recently , maybe just one but , that shouldnt be the issue as its trusted + it doesnt require any update and I dont even run that program very often. So if any of you could help me this problem I'd be very very happy , thanks a lot!

How much exactly is being uploaded? its normal to get some background traffic just from windows itself.

If you download wire-shark and run a capture it will tell you but it might be a bit overwhelming for a novice.

Try a good firewall like comodo < its free
