Corsair CS 450 80+ Gold/Corsair CX 500 80+ Bronze/Cooler Master Extreme-II 500W/525W are sufficient for this build.

Dear, Whenever buying PSU pl keep in mind this is an investment not just cost as a good PSU will safe guard all other computer components. So please buy a good PSU and don't compromise on it else you may compromise on your system safety and stability. Any PSU with efficiency rating of 85% and above is good vide 80+ certification. However, it is not necessary that PSU not having this certification won't work or deliver.

BeQuiet PSU referred above is also a very good choice but it delivers <90% in terms of efficiency.

CS 450 will deliver 92% efficiency theoretically, so it is recommended.

PS: If you are planning to upgrade now or later then don't go for any of these go for 600/700W series of given brand.
