I'm Buildin a new PC and need help

Hey guys, I'm building a new PC for gaming but I'm on a limited budget , I've been thinking about this config , I want it to run modern games on ultra, let me know what u think:

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97
CPU: intel Core-i5 3350P Quad-Core Processor 3.1
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR 3
GPU: I already own GTX 650 TI 2GB

You have got little mixed up. Motherboard and Processor are not compatible. Either change the Processor to AMD AM3+ one, or change the motherboard to Intel H77, Z77 or B75 if you are going to get the i5 3350p

yes he is right, you either need to switch your motherboard to LGA 1155 or switch your CPU to an AMD Athlon, Phenom or FX processor

At resolution of 1080p, i would say medium or maybe high at best. But if you are going to play at 720p, then, yes you can run all games on ultra.
