Gaming PC build under 1000$

I buying a new PC. It will be primarily for gaming.
My budget is ~1000$

I'm not that of a heavy gamer but play decent games like Sims3,Fifa 14,NFS etc.
I need a PC with full Peripherals

Any suggestions would be appreciated :)
