Memory price drops any time soon?

RAM is insanely expensive right now because of the whole fire thing in the Chinese factories. Can we expect to see a price drop anytime soon? and why hasn't it happened already? it's been a long time since then and they should have had time to recover.

It took over a year for hard drive prices to recover after the floods in Thailand. I don't see this as any different.

I personally don't see a price drop anytime soon. With computers now using more and more RAM, the demand for RAM has increased and so will the price.
