Need to upgrade mobo, cpu, gpu & ram < $200 !!!!!!

Its impossible, you can get an APU, but no GPU.

This one will probably be the better one, because the other one is 2 core and this is 4 and...

Your $200 is not enough, you gonna need $400 or more for that upgrade.
