You cannot get those components with less than $200. Less than $200 you can get only a Athlon X4 750K and a A88 motherboard. You need to save up more to like $400 - 500.

Its impossible, you can get an APU, but no GPU.
CPU: AMD A6-6400K 3.9GHz Dual-Core Processor ($62.74 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A85XA-G43 ATX FM2 Motherboard ($69.98 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $217.71
This one is for 220$

CPU: AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A85XA-G43 ATX FM2 Motherboard ($69.98 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $264.96
This one will probably be the better one, because the other one is 2 core and this is 4 and its better for gaming.

Your $200 is not enough, you gonna need $400 or more for that upgrade.

Thanks Yoann! I'm going to go with suggestion one or something very close to that. I appreciate the help!
