which graphic card to buy?

i have 1400*900 resolution
2gb ram(1*1)
gt 210
bestec 250 watt psu
core 2 duo e7400 2.80 Ghz
and pcie slot 2.0 x16
what should i upgrade budget is rs.9500 not a penny more
my thinking vs450 and gtx 650

Truthfully I would not waist a penny on that rig it is just to outdated. Save up and build a new rig adding a GPU to that would be a waist of money. Everything needs upgrading memory CPU GPU PSU motherboard. There is not really anything to save with that system. Adding a PSU and GPU would just mean the CPU would bottleneck the system so your gain in performance would be strangled.
