Will my M/B support windows 7

Hi,

I have been given windows 7 through my uni. Looking to stick it on my old PC. My mother board is P4M800 M7 by Biostar ( I Think it was produced by ECS could be wrong).

Just wondering if my M/B will support windows 7 or if I will need to update anything and how to go about this.

Just thought I'd post back. Borrowed an old harddrive from a friend, and installed windows 7 on it. So far seems to work no issues. Installed ok bar loading was bit slow but the hard drive was an old WD 60gb from back in 2001, so I gather that was why.

If it's ok with people I'll give it a good run in and report back, incase that's useful for anyone else, although I doubt many people will still have them.
